Inspired by the successful completion of her first marathon in 1999, Zeena quit the entertainment industry to pursue the dream of helping people achieve their fitness goals through teaching and personal training.  She is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and received her Pilates certification from Body Arts and Sciences International.  Zeena also has an advanced certification in integrated flexibility, specializing in creating stretching programs for long-term injury prevention.  Zeena owned and operated the Athletic Club for Women in Newport Beach, California.  She currently works as the Pilates Director for YogaWorks managing a team of 15 plus instructors throughout the county.
